培养目标 Program Objective

基于上海交通大学和国家电投联合成立的产教融合平台,围绕上海交通大学卓越人才培养的总体目标,在智慧能源领域,培养基础理论扎实、专业知识精通、知识结构宽广、创新能力强、具有国际竞争力、能适应未来能源行业发展的创新型复合型实践型的专业工程技术高级人才。能够胜任智慧能源特色行业工作,满足智慧能源前沿领域的发展需求,具备独立承担电气工程技术和管理工作的能力,具有独立从事科学研究的能力,并在本领域内取得理论或实践上的创造性成果,将最新科技成果转化为生产力。具有团队合作精神和管理与协调大型工程项目的领导潜质,具有较强的社会责任感和良好的工程职业道德。

学生毕业时可达到:

1. 掌握电气工程领域坚实宽广的基础理论、系统深入的专业知识和工程技术基础知识;

2. 深入了解智慧能源领域的科技进展、动向和最新发展前沿,掌握相关人文社科及工程管理知识,融合应用跨学科知识;

3. 熟练掌握本领域相关的现代研究方法与先进实验技术;

4. 独立运用专业知识和先进的技术方法与手段解决本领域的、具有一定难度的实际工程问题;

5. 具有较宽的国际视野和跨文化交流能力、至少精通一门外语,能够顺利地阅读和翻译本领域的外文资料,并用外语进行写作和技术交流;

6. 具有较强的创新意识、合作意识,具有良好的组织领导与沟通协调能力,具备卓越的工程实践能力;

7. 能胜任大型企业、科研院所技术研发、工程应用或科技管理等工作。

Based on the industry education integration platform jointly established by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and State Grid Investment Corporation, focusing on the overall goal of excellent talent cultivation of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, in the field of Smart Energy, we will cultivate innovative, versatile and professional engineering and senior technical talents who can adapt to the future development of energy industry with solid basic theory, professional knowledge, broad knowledge structure, strong innovation ability and international competitiveness. You will be capable of working in the characteristic industry of Smart Energy, meet the development needs of the frontier field of Smart Energy, has the ability to independently undertake electrical engineering technology and management work, has the ability to independently engage in scientific research, and achieve creative results in theory or practice in this field, transform the latest scientific and technological achievements into productivity. You will have strong sense of social responsibility and good engineering professional ethics, with team spirit and leadership potential of managing and coordinating large-scale engineering projects.

Upon graduation, you will:

  1. Master the solid and broad basic theory, systematic and in-depth professional knowledge and basic engineering technology knowledge in the field of Electrical Engineering;

2. In depth understanding of scientific and technological progress, trends and latest development frontier in the field of Smart Energy, master interdisciplinary and applied knowledge of Humanities and Social Sciences and Engineering Management;

3. Proficiently master the modern research methods and advanced experimental techniques in related fields

4. Independent use of professional knowledge and advanced technical methods and means to solve practical engineering problems in this field with certain difficulty;

5. Have a broad international vision and cross-cultural communication ability, master at least one foreign language, be able to read and translate foreign materials in this field smoothly, and write and communicate in foreign languages;

6. Have a strong sense of innovation and cooperation, good organizational leadership, communication and coordination skills, and excellent ability of engineering practice;

7. Qualified for engineering technology R&D, or scientific and technical management in large enterprise or research institutions.

The enrollment of Part-time Professional Doctoral Program of our college is only for the in-service employees of State Power Investment Co., Ltd.
