基于上海交通大学和国家电力投资集团联合成立的产教融合平台，围绕上海交通大学卓越人才培养的总体目标，面向智慧能源领域，培养具有良好的政治思想素质和职业道德修养，掌握系统的现代工程管理理论与方法，具备扎实的工程技术知识基础，能独立担负重大、复杂工程管理工作，具有计划、组织协调和决策能力的高层次、应用型工程管理专门人才，以适应我国能源产业结构的调整与转型，构建以新能源为主体的新型电力系统，助力实现我国建设创新型国家的战略宏图。

Based on the industry education integration platform jointly established by SJTU and SPIC, focusing on the overall goal of excellent talent training of SJTU, facing the field of Smart Energy, cultivate good political and ideological quality and professional ethics, master systematic modern engineering management theories and methods, have a solid foundation of engineering and technical knowledge, and can independently undertake major complex engineering management, high-level and applied engineering management professionals with planning, organization, coordination and decision-making ability, so as to adapt to the adjustment and transformation of China's energy industrial structure, build a new power system with new energy as the main body, and help realize China's strategic ambition of building an innovative country.
